This program develops speed, agility, strength, and conditioning, ensuring athletes enter their freshman year with a competitive edge. Through structured training, athletes build explosive movement, power, and endurance, while also gaining the confidence needed to excel at the next level. Be ready. Be strong. Be built for Year One.

Cancellation Policy
I am requesting membership and/or participation in the BEAST Performance training program at BEAST Training Academy (BTA) for myself or for an athlete, minor child(ren) of which I am parent or guardian. I acknowledge the existence and the need for Rules and Regulations including those governing use of equipment and facilities and participation in programs and services, which apply to both the minor child(ren) and the adult, parent or guardian whose signature is below. I hereby agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations and any future amendments or additions that BTA deems appropriate. I understand that there is a risk of injury, illness, and accident with any physical activity. Injuries, illnesses, and accidents resulting from participation may include, but are not limited to heart attack, stroke, heat stress, sprains, strains, fracture, torn muscles, ligaments, paralysis, and death. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for exercising care for my own safety and well-being and expressly and voluntarily assume the risks of participation in this activity for myself and/or my minor child(ren). I agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BTA, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all liability, suits, losses, costs, expenses, or other claims of damage whatsoever caused by or as a result of participation in this activity. I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this agreement. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. I understand this application is subject to the review and approval of the Facility/Program management. Photo Release Form I consent and authorize Beast Training Academy (BTA) to use my likeness or the likeness of any minor of which I am Parent/Guardian in any photograph, video, or other digital media (Photos) taken while in the Beast Training Academy facility in any and all of its publications, including print or web-based publications. I irrevocably authorize BTA to copy, edit, enhance, crop, or otherwise alter any Photo for use in their publications. I also waive any rights for approval or inspection of any Photos. I understand that Photos are the property of BTA and will not be returned to me. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensations or royalties with respect to the use of the Photo.
