Private Training offers a fully customized program tailored to your goals, sport, and schedule. Team Training
Sessions
Our Team Training program brings the Parisi Method to your whole roster. Designed for teams of 10 or more athletes committed to multiple sessions, this program develops speed, strength, coordination, and teamwork. Coaches and parents trust us to prepare athletes for the demands of their sport and the challenges of competition.
AGES: 7-12 years
ROOKIES: Build the Foundation
Our Rookie program focuses on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of movement in a fun, energetic, and encouraging environment. Sessions emphasize coordination, balance, basic speed mechanics, and age-appropriate strength exercises. Athletes learn proper technique early, setting the stage for safe and effective training as they grow.
ALLStars: Advance the Fundamentals.
The All Star program takes the basics to the next level by introducing more advanced speed, agility, and strength training. Athletes refine their mechanics, improve power, and develop sport-specific skills while continuing to build confidence and discipline. Every session challenges athletes to push their limits while maintaining a focus on safe, proper form.


AGES: 12+ years
MVP: Train Like a Competitor
The MVP program is built for athletes stepping into more competitive play. Sessions emphasize explosive speed, advanced strength development, multidirectional agility, and sport-specific performance skills. Athletes also learn training discipline, mental toughness, and leadership—tools that set them apart on and off the field.
HOF: Perform at the Highest
The Hall of Fame program is for serious athletes committed to excelling in high school, college, or beyond. Training is highly specialized, combining advanced strength and conditioning, elite speed mechanics, and position-specific drills. Every workout is designed to maximize performance, prevent injury, and prepare athletes to compete at their peak.
